Move for the Men in Our Lives This Movember, we're bringing our CorePlus Frankston community together to move for them. We know how powerful movement can be, not just for our physical health, but for our mental wellbeing, confidence and sense of connection. We want to create a space where everyone feels welcome to move, connect and prioritise their health. Because looking after yourself isn't a luxury, and sometimes the hardest part is simply showing up.
