I have personaly be impacted by suicide with my older brother taking his life in 2008 when he thought there was no other option and left 2 little kids behind. I have suffered from diagnosed Depression in 2009 and I lost my Dad from cancer in 2012 and he rocked the best Mo ever. Through Movember I try to raise awareness in the Community which is the best way to spread the word and if we save 1 life from that then it is worth the effort.
