17 years ago, my jouney began as a Mo Bro, actively campaigning for mens health. I have met some amazing people across my journey and I will continue to advocate not only for mens health but to be there to support womens health and be there for our Mo Sistas as well.
Through out the years, I have competed some physical challenges for Movember but in 2025 I took a different approach on how to approach mens health and the impact it has on others. Throughout the month of Movember, I spoke to 29 different people, from all walks of life. I wanted to understand what mens health means to them and the impact it has on the community. I not only wanted to understand the impact on mens health but womens health as well. I recorded these conversations and posted them onto my social media channels, one conversation per day for the month. The last day, I recorded myself, looking back on the month and reflect on how it has not only impacted the people I spoke with but myself as well.
Backing up from the success of that campaign, I will be doing it again in 2026. I will be talking to a different range of people but also understand the impact of what other illness's such as Breast Cancer and the impact Life Blood can have on people.
Its going to be another amazing year and I cant wait to share it with everyone.
There is one thing that I have learnt over the last few years, no matter who you are or what you do, just be yourself. If you want to change yourself and become a better person for it, then do it. Do not let negativity influence your decision to make something of yourself, no matter what you do.
It's just me, a guy with pink hair and a pink moustache, helping to make a difference not only in his own life, but in others as well.
