If I can help only one man to detect prostate cancer early enough not to suffer from it, or if someone finds a shoulder to lean against through "beyond blue", then all the effort and jokes and jabs from friends are worth every tiny bit.
I am here to help others. Life can be tough and some of us men are notorious for finding it difficult to ask for help or simply admit that things are not as well as we would like others to believe.
