Mental health struggles have been a part of my life, virtually on a daily basis, for the better part of two decades now.
I am passionate about ending the stigma surrounding mental health issues and want to shed light on the fact that struggling with your mental health doesn’t mean you’re on your own.
My family also has a history of prostate cancer. My grandfather had it and my father had it.
We’re in this together.
