For me, being in the Melbourne music scene has introduced me to so many people I look up to and admire.
A lot of my close male friends have gone through a mental health crisis in some capacity, and we are fortunate enough to be able to speak about it to each other.
My focus is men’s mental health within the music scene, and to promote these conversations amongst others and their friends within the scene as well.
At its core, men’s mental health affects much more than just men. By continuously talking to your mates and checking in, you will improve the company you keep.
