Despite intense protestations from my kids (my wife was largely disinterested lol), I'm proud to be growing a 'mo for Movember. While it will be undeniably uncomfortable managing a ‘mo (in whatever format & grey/ginger colour combo it decides), and will present more socially awkward interactions than is the norm in my day-to-day life, it is a ridiculously small price to pay in the quest to raise funds and support such an incredible cause - MENS MENTAL HEALTH & SUICIDE PREVENTION. All funds raised go to the dads, brothers, sons, and mates in our lives who have struggled and continue to struggle with mental health, and to the incredible mums, sisters, and daughters who have supported and continue to support the men in their lives who are navigating through those trying times.
