Why I’m growing the mo? To raise awareness for men’s mental health and suicide prevention. I’m doing it for all the bros out there doing it tough mentally and feeling like they have no one to talk to. It’s not easy to speak up when you face challenges in life. Males are less likely to seek support for mental health issues. Let’s encourage all the bros out there that you are not alone and it’s not weak to speak up, talk it out and ask for help. Prevention is key. Let’s push for healthier mental health in males and prevent suicide in young men!
