I'm going to be rocking a Dirty Mo this November not to just raise money for the charity but to also raise awareness to fellas that its ok to be vulnerable and open up if you're struggling! There's always a mates couch if you need it, there's always someone there that will listen and give feedback and support, there's always better times ahead!
