This Movember, I’m growing a mo to spark conversations that matter. Every man, young or old will experience loss or hardship in their lives, often made worse when we suffer in silence. Too many men don’t seek help when they need it most, and it’s time to change that. As patron of the Kearney House, I want to encourage our Year 12s to lead by example and show that strength lies in openness, vulnerability, and by supporting one another. Together, we can break the stigma and build a culture where asking for help is seen as an act of strength, not weakness.
