I can’t grow a proper moustache, so Ive decided to take on 24 hours on the assault bike instead.
A few years ago, I fought cancer. It flipped my world upside down, challenged me physically, mentally, and emotionally. But I came out the other side stronger and more driven than ever to make my life count.
Now, I’m using my second chance to give back.
Too many men go through what I did, or worse, and suffer in silence. Testicular cancer is one of the most treatable forms of cancer ONLY if it’s caught early. The problem is men don’t talk. They don’t check. They don’t ask for help.
So I’m doing something that hurts, something that makes people stop and look. 24 hours on the assault bike is a brutal test of will but it’s nothing compared to what some men face in silence every day.
I’m doing this to raise awareness. To spark conversations. To remind men that their health matters.
Because I got a second shot at life and I’m not wasting it.
Let’s stop men from dying too early.
