Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. More needs to be done to support healthy and balanced views on masculinity and what it means like to be a 'man'. My vision is to promote a sense of empowered masculinity, one that strives for strength and softness. It's the only way we will get more men to be vulnerable, connected, strong and powerful.
