I know too many men that have committed suicide. Thats not something I thought I would ever say. Three in the last year. Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’ when they don't have to. I love this quote by Scott Galloway, "Happiness will wait for you"... it's true. It has helped me a lot. I have had my own struggles with the inner critic, the one that tells me its too hard to go on, this is no good, or that's not going to get better. It does get better & I am glad I kept going. Because life is f#cking awesome! Men don't need to keep their feelings to themselves or struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.
