Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them yet again! Together we can make a difference for men's health. Help me stop men dying too young. This year I’m joining in with both growing a beautiful Mo and attempting to Run 60km while doing harvest to raise awareness! Too many men live and die by the phrase “she’ll be right” and it has gone on long enough. It takes a lot to speak out about mental health and more blokes need to know that they don’t have to just keep trucking all alone. This is for the Dads that put everything and everyone before themselves. This is for the sons and brothers that don’t know how to speak out because they were always told by society that to be a man is to be tough and to keep all the weight and knowledge to themselves. It’s time to speak out and start sharing the weight, you don’t have to walk alone. It all starts when you start talking.
