Hi My name is Isaac & I have decided to join the Movember movement to help raise money for men's health, mental health, prostate cancer & testicular cancer. Every hour 60 men take their own lives and majority of this stems from the stigma around reaching out for help, in correlation to being viewed as "weak". Having worked in A local pub I have had conversations with men that I'll never see again, as I served them their beverage, I would never have known what was going on the inside. My goal is to help break the stigma around men's mental and showing men that reacting out & admitting you're not ok is where true strength lies.
