I am growing a big beautiful moustache to raise awareness and funds for crucial issues like cancer and mental health.
I know that when I am active and outside, it’s good for my mental health so I will be running at least 2km per day for the month of November to reach 60km in total (for the 60 men who die by suicide every hour world wide).
