This cause means a lot to me and it means a whole lot more since I have a son who's nearly one.
We have too much around us to compare ourselves too, society makes it hard to solely focus on ourselves and well being.
When I say focus on yourself, it is not in a selfish way, you need to pour into your own cup to be able to pour into others.
Pouring into your own cup is not always easy and this is why we need people around us, we are not meant to do things alone, so let's help each other.
