Praemium is a big advocate and supporter of the advice community and with recent research highlighting some of the mental health challenges in the industry we had to act to help change the statistics: • 73% of financial advisers experienced high levels of burnout from stress and 67% had dealt with some level of depression. • Compared to the average Australian, advisers were more likely to be a part of a high mental health risk group. So we are partnering with award-winning adventure company Get Outside Australia to offer 20 advisers the opportunity to get back to nature and support their own and their colleague’s mental health. Closer to home we’ll be raising funds and encouraging Team Praemium to grow a mo. We’re asking for donations to help us toward our donation goal of $10,000.
