Help me stop men dying too young. This Movember, I will be growing a Mo and moving 60km for the 60 men we lose to suicide every hour.
I consider myself extremely lucky for the support network I have around me and it really upsets me to think some people don’t have that luxury. Hopefully, the few pesky hairs I will grow on my upper lip will provide a laugh, and draw some attention to mens health, helping at least one person to have the difficult chat with a person they trust (be that me or someone else).
If you can spare a few bucks, it is a worthy donation but if you can’t the one thing everyone can do is take the time to check in on a mate ❤️
