I'm doing Movember for my mates. I'm doing it for the guys who've battled, the ones fighting right now and the ones that will.
I'm lucky enough to be able to work for this incredible movement and see the impact of its scale and reach. I've met some incredible people and got to hear some powerful and inspiring stories.
I'm doing it to help change gender stereotypes, to get us talking about how we're feeling - when it's good and bad. To remind each other it's a strength to open up and speak.
