Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. In 2023, 3214 people took their own life with 75% of them being men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence, struggling so much we lose one man every 60 seconds to suicide globally. Thats why in 2026 I will be tackling a challenge deemed Murphs for Movember.
