This year I’m growing the Mo for something that matters. As blokes, we’re great at talking about beer, bikes, and building — but not always about what’s going on in our heads or with our health. Movember is a good reminder that looking after yourself isn’t weak, it’s smart.
I’m doing this with a bunch of good mates through The Frothy Moe Co. — a group of craft beer lovers having a laugh, growing some questionable facial hair, and raising awareness for men’s mental and physical health.
