It’s that time of year again — the razors are out, the upper lips are getting chilly, and I’m growing a Mo for a mighty cause. Men’s mental health means the world to me — I’ve had my own battles, and so have some of the closest men in my life. The more we talk, the less we leave in the dark. So, I’m trading smooth cheeks for serious change. But this isn’t just for the hairy among us — if you can’t (or won’t) grow a Mo, you can still get involved! Move 60km for the 60 men we lose to suicide every hour, host a Mo-ment with mates, or fly the flag as a Mo Sister. Whether you donate, share, move, host, or grow — it all makes a difference.
