It's an all too familiar story of people taking their own lives, particularly for males living and working in regional and rural Australia.
Living in the bush we are faced with a cultural tendency to ‘tough it out’, keep your feelings to yourself and struggle in silence. I don't want to hear about any more friends or family having taken their own lives.
Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop our friends and family dying too young.
