Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.
In my own life experience, I lost a dear friend of mine to suicide in my early 20s, and I hope than no one has to receive a call explaining a loved one has taken their own life. And till this day, I wish there was something I could have done to help or prevent that outcome.
Help me stop men dying too young.
