After seeing someone very close to me have mental health struggles a decade or so ago, it made me realise that no one is immune to mental health problems that can build up over time or arise out of the blue. So over the last couple of years I've decided to don the Mo to try and raise some money for a good cause out of respect to those in the same situation. Spare a few bucks if you can and get around a good cause to help other good blokes who may need help now, or later in their lives. Much appreciated, Jimmy xo
