I was asked why I am growing another silly Mo for Movember. For me it's all about men's health. In the last month I have had a full medical health check (drop and cough at the doctors), bloods taken for cholesterol, vitamins, and prostate PSA checks, Colonoscopy (first time all clear and no bad bits to remove) sun and mole skin check (mostly harmless burnt off last two biopsy results next week), eye check and new glasses on the way. And that just leaves a session with my counsellor to come. Although I haven't had an episode of anxiety or depression for a few years now I know I need to talk. So ladies and gents talk to the men in your life and ask them about their health and tell them to get all the checks done they can
