To change the face of men's health, I'm growing my all of my head hair out during Movember. Yes, this includes my facial and head hair. Don't worry, I'll still shave a proper mo on the final day of Movember. Beyond fundraising, my kids asked what I looked like with head hair - they've only ever seen it shaved, and I believe it's important keep silliness and fun alive as part of good mental health and well being. Plus, I know my patchy, thinning locks will promote mens health conversations this month!
